Josh Barr has been removed from the pound-for-pound due to inactivity. With that opening, Rocco Welsh comes into the #20 spot. Welsh was an NCAA finalist in 2024, but his losses to Edmond Ruth (2) and Shane Griffith keep Welsh from entering the pound-for-pound higher.
