Musa Mekhtikhanov jumps up to #4 after winning Russian Nationals. On his way to gold, Mekhtikhanov defeated Amir Chamzyn, Abubakar Mutaliev, Magomed Magomedov, Musa Alibulatov, and Magomed Saipudinov.

Amir Chamzyn comes into the rankings at #17 for his runner-up finish at Russian Nationals highlighted by wins over Ramiz Gamzatov and Khabib Mekhtikhanov.
