2025-26 Girls National High School Wrestling Rankings

95 Pounds

Welcome to the second edition of FloWrestling's girls' national high school wrestling rankings!

We strive to provide accurate information for every wrestler in the rankings but if you notice anything amiss, please don't hesitate to contact Andrew Spey (andrew.spey@flosports.tv) or Kyle Klingman (kyle.klingman@flosports.tv), and we will correct the information as soon as possible. 

The tournaments that influenced the most changes in the rankings were Super 32, Preseason Nationals, Beast of the East, Ironman, Powerade, Ultimate Club Duals, the Dan Gable Donnybrook, Escape the Rock, Queen of the Hill, KC Stampe, and Wonder Woman, although additional tournaments and results were factored in as well. That said, it's entirely possible, likely even, that we missed a relevant match result that should have been factored into the rankings. If you suspect that is the case, we again implore you to please contact us and let us know. We always appreciate feedback of any kind!

95 pounds is one of the most difficult weight classes to rank because so many states to not provide for a 95 pound weight class in their scholastic competitions. We think that is a mistake, as we firmly believe there is more than enough demand to warrant the weight class's inclusion, and would encourage every state and every tournament to include a 95 pound girls weight class in their competitions. We also encourage coaches and parents to lobby their respective state associations to have that weight class added as well. 

Although many wrestlers will move up to 100lbs for the season, we will continue to rank as many wrestlers as we can at this weight, if for no other reason than to keep this space available as a soap box to advocate for all the 95-pounders in the country.
