Toby Schoffstall is state runner-up from Evington, Virginia, who did so in the 2021 Virginia Div. 3 state championships at 170 pounds. As a rising a junior at Liberty Christian Academy, Schoffstall traveled to Fargo and reached the 16U Greco-Roman finals , also at 170 pounds.
