Ben Kawczynski of Oak Creek, Wisconsin is state champion and three-time place winner who plans to attend the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. As an unranked senior in in 2021, Kawczynski took to the mat in Fargo and won a national championship at junior freestyle 285 pounds.

U20 Nationals (formerly known as UWW Junior Nationals) is one of my favorite age-level tournaments every year. The top high school upperclassmen get to test themselves against the best first or second-year college guys who are often hungry to compete coming out of redshirt.
