Josh Hinger is a jiu-jitsu black belt under Andre Galvao from Whittier, CA. He is best known for his prowess with the guillotine submission, and his variation which he calls the "Hingertine." He is also one of the most successful adopters of the monoplata submission. Born on May 28, 1982, Hinger is a three-time IBJJF No-Gi World Champion and the 2019 ADCC bronze medalist in the 88 kg division.
