Foot Sweep to Inside Trip

When you don't hit your foot sweep cause your opponent bounces out of it, you are in perfect position for an inside trip. Always back step into an inside trip otherwise you can expose yourself to get caught with something like a bear hug. When you hit your inside, sag on the side of your trip and punch the opposite arm through from the other side.
