The 2025 War Dogs Unleash the Dogs Tournament will be held on Saturday, October 4th, @ Natick High School, located at 15 West Street, Natick, MA 01760. This will be a folkstyle tournament with Madison weights in a round-robin format. We will have certified officials and a fully stocked concession stand available throughout the day. There will be an Elementary (K-2 & 3rd-4th), Middle School (5th-6th & 7th-8th), High School (9th-12th), and Open (post-HS) Divisions for both boys and girls. Doors will open at 6:45 AM.
Weigh-ins - Saturday, October 4, 2025
Boys and Girls Grades K-8 will weigh in from 7:00-8:00 AM - Wrestling will start at around 9-9:30 AM.
Boys and Girls High School & Open Division will weigh in from 10:00 - 11:00 AM. We plan to start around 12:30 PM
Madison Weight Policy: This tournament brackets athletes using both skill level and weight into RR4 or RR5 groups. On average, weight ranges are about 11%, but may vary between 10% and 13%. Bracket weight ranges can overlap to better balance athletes by skill level. In cases where weight differences are expected to exceed 13%, we will typically consult with the athletes’ coaches before finalizing the bracket.
