In her final season, Dalilah Muhammad, two-time Olympic gold medalist, just conquered the women’s 400m hurdles at the 2025 USA Outdoor Championships with a winning time of 52.65 seconds at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon—edging out training partner Anna Cockrell (52.89) and Jasmine Jones (53.23) to clinch the national title and secure her spot for Worlds in Tokyo this September
