Retention in wrestling can be a real problem at the youth level. Too often kids the focus is on winning when it should be more about developing a love for the sport. This happened to Keegan O'Toole and it almost turned him away from the sport at a young age. He found Askren Wrestling Academy and their philosophy was just what Keegan needed.

Keegan O'Toole was really good in high school but struggled to win at the National level. After a mediocre performance, Ben Askren helped him learn how to believe in himself and that made all the difference in the World. Keegan became a World Champion shortly after that talk.
O'Toole recently retired from competition but will remain on staff at the University of Missouri.
