In Division I, traditional powers continue to hold strong positions in the rankings, but the middle of the pack is where things are getting interesting. Programs like Stony Brook are proving they can swing momentum late in games—most recently using a dominant fourth quarter to secure a comeback win over Drexel—while CAA matchups like Hofstra vs. Towson could have major implications as teams jockey for postseason positioning.
At the Division II level, the top tier remains steady, with Flagler continuing to assert itself as the No. 1 team in the country. The Saints have not only stayed unbeaten but have dominated their conference opener, reinforcing their status as the team to beat. Meanwhile, programs like Mercy are surging behind high-powered offensive performances, showing that the gap between the top 20 is tighter than ever.
Division III continues to deliver some of the most compelling parity in the sport. Washington and Lee recently picked up a statement win over a top-10 opponent, showcasing the razor-thin margins between elite teams. Middlebury remains a perennial contender, while Babson is building momentum with decisive wins as it climbs the rankings.
With that landscape in mind, this weekend’s slate on FloCollege features 11 games across DI, DII, and DIII that could shift conference races and national rankings.
