Defending D2 National Champion Ferris State is taking on Pittsburg State, the one team to hand the Bulldogs a loss in 2024. After losing to the Gorillas in week one, the Bulldogs would go on to dominate every other team they saw. Could this season bring revenge for the Bulldogs, or will the Gorillas once again win in week zero? 

In Division 1, the reigning CAA champions, Rhode Island, are looking to keep their undefeated CAA streak alive and start their campaign for another historic season. Facing off against Campbell in week one, the Rams are looking to dominate again in 2025.
