    McKendree University is a Division II program in Lebanon, Illinois. The women's freestyle program started during the 2013-14 season under Sam Schmitz, who led the Bearcats to titles at the first three National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships. Alexio Garcia was hired during the 2022-23 season.
