Ferris State and Fresno Pacific Women's Volleyball continue to lead the way in the Week 9 FloCollege D2 Volleyball Rankings, with both programs keeping their undefeated seasons alive as October comes to a close.
The Bulldogs hold the No. 1 spot at 23-0, while the Sunbirds remain No. 2 at 21-0. Together, the two teams have combined for 44 wins without a loss, maintaining their grip on the top of the rankings.

Fresno Pacific faced one of its toughest challenges of the season Saturday, rallying from a 2-1 deficit to defeat Chico State in five sets. The Sunbirds dropped the opening and third sets before battling back for a 21-25, 25-19, 21-25, 25-21, 15-11 victory, improving to 21-0 overall and 9-0 in CCAA play.
Wayne State (NE) remains No. 3 with a 24-1 record, while Tampa holds steady at No. 4 at 21-1.
Angelo State Women's Volleyball climbs one spot to No. 5 after extending its winning streak to 15 matches with a sweep of West Texas A&M. The Rambelles improved to 23-1 overall and a perfect 13-0 in Lone Star Conference play, hitting .327 in the 25-22, 25-19, 25-21 victory. Julia Hopkins led the way with 16 kills on .467 hitting, while Madi Parrish added 12 kills.
Nebraska-Kearney slips one spot to No. 6, while Cal State San Bernardino remains No. 7. Mercy moves up one position to No. 8 with a 19-1 record.
Emporia State Women's Volleyball makes another jump in the rankings, climbing from No. 11 to No. 9 with a 21-3 record. Lynn rounds out the Top 10 at 19-3.
Elsewhere, Anderson (S.C.) climbs four spots to No. 14, while Southwest Minnesota State falls seven positions to No. 17. West Alabama rebounds three spots to No. 16, and Colorado Mines continues its climb, moving from No. 24 to No. 19.
Oklahoma Baptist enters the Top 25 at No. 24, while Washburn drops out of this week's rankings.
