Thankfully, Saturday is quickly approaching and that means more football action is coming our way. The slate on Sept. 26 is stacked. From top D3 matchups to D2 games that will surely switch up the FloCollege rankings come Monday, and a CAA game that will help determine who the real top dogs are, there is plenty to be excited for in this new week.
I hope you took my advice last week and signed up for that FloCollege subscription, but if not, stop what you're doing and do that before you keep reading.
Here are my top-four games to watch for the week of Sept. 26.
1.) A Battle Of The NE10
Ya'll thought I was going to pick Northwood University vs Findlay as my D2 game to watch, didn't you? While that's a great matchup, I believe there could be more stock with our friends in the NE10. That's right, I'm talking about the matchup between Assumption and American International.
Now I'm sure you are thinking, "This girl is insane for hyping up AIC." Well, put them respect on the yellow jackets name.
This is an AIC team that is 2-1 in the 2026 season and has started off hot despite a loss on Sept. 19.
Assumption is also an interesting piece in the NE10 puzzle. The Greyhounds are currently 1-2 on the 2026 season, taking notable losses to Kutztown and Frostburg State.
After picking up a 34-27 win over Pace on Sept. 19, the Greyhounds are going to have to play a complete game or I think AIC could start NE10 play with a solid dub.
2.) A Battle Of The Schools With Texas In Their Name
My first D3 game to watch lands us in the great Lone Star state as an ASC and SCAC opponent square off for a little cross conference action.
Texas Lutheran will take on East Texas Baptist to highlight some incredible D3 games on this week's slate.
The Bulldogs of Texas Lutheran enter in to the contest 2-1 after picking up a win over Austin College on Sept. 19.
ETBU also comes in to the conference 2-1 after picking up a win over Centenary (LA), 46-14.
It's a battle of the teams with matching records. Who will come out on top?

3.) A CAA Clash That Gets Fans Back In To Conference Play
The third must-watch game that I think everyone should see takes us to D1 FCS.
In the CAA, it's the Campbell Camels taking on the Hampton Pirates. These two teams are an interesting toss up as these teams have flipped records.
The Camels have a 3-1 record on the 2026 season while Hampton has a 1-3 record.
The Camels are looking to keep their strong start to season going as they started CAA play 1-0 after a with over North Carolina A&T.
Hampton will look to bounce back and become .500 in the CAA after dropping their first conference matchup to Bryant, 31-3 back on Sept. 12.
4.) One Half Of The Games In This Conference This Week
The final game you have to watch this week, takes us back to D3 and to the USA South and ODAC conferences.
Brevard College takes on Guilford for a conference crossover and it is surprisingly only one of two games that a USA South school is playing in this week.
Brevard enters this contest off to a good start in the 2026 season as the Tornadoes are 2-0. In it's final week before conference play, Brevard will look to pick up one nore non-con win before taking on Belhaven to open up USA South play.
Guilford is also on it's last week on non-con matchups as it will host Brevard in Greensboro,N.C. The Quakers are hoping to stay in the win column after a close, 20-17 win over Methodist on Sept. 12 made them 1-1 on the 2026 season.
