Jasmine Rocha is headed to her first ADCC World Championship final after securing a submission victory over Ana Mayordomo in the women's -55kg semifinals Sunday.

Rocha survived an early footlock threat from Mayordomo before turning the momentum in her favor. After forcing her opponent into a turtle position during a passing sequence, Rocha attacked the arm and finished with an armbar to secure her place in the championship match.
Rocha Continues Submission Streak
The victory marked Rocha's second submission win of the weekend.
She opened her tournament with a choke submission over Kanae Ikeda in the quarterfinals before adding the armbar finish against Mayordomo in the semifinals.
Rocha has advanced through the bracket without needing a judges' decision and now sits one win away from an ADCC title.
Ana Rodrigues Awaits In The Final
Rocha will face Anna Rodrigues in the women's -55kg championship bout.
Rodrigues earned her place in the final with a semifinal victory over Mayssa Bastos later Sunday.
The matchup will determine the ADCC champion at -55kg and caps a strong tournament run for both finalists.
