Argentina Rugby has named an experienced lineup for its Round 2 Nations Championship matchup against Wales as Los Pumas look to rebound from last week's 47-38 loss to Scotland. The hosts return to Estadio Bicentenario seeking their first victory of the tournament after producing an entertaining attacking display in the opening round.

Wales arrives with momentum after defeating Fiji 39-24 to open its campaign and will attempt to build on that performance against a familiar opponent. The visitors have won three straight matches, while Argentina has claimed three victories in its past five outings despite last weekend's setback.

The recent history favors Los Pumas, who have won three of the past five meetings between the nations, including a 52-28 victory last November and a 29-17 win during the 2023 Rugby World Cup. Saturday's match also features two teams inside the top 12 of the latest World Rugby rankings, with Argentina ranked No. 7 and Wales No. 11 entering Round 2.
