Pro Cheer League star Gabi Butler has been named to TIME's 100 Most Influential People in Sports list! The 2026 TIME100 Sports list recognizes the most influential people in sports across four categories: icons, titans, innovators, and leaders. Gabi Butler is listed under the innovator category. 

She is listed alongside so many sports icons, including LeBron James, Shohei Ohtani, Lindsey Vonn, Lionel Messi, Caitlin Clark, and so many more. TIME described Gabi as "the face of American competitive cheerleading." Butler helped bring the world of cheer to a larger global audience as she starred in the Netflix docuseries Cheer, following Navarro College. Gabi Butler became a 2x NCA College National Champion during her time with Navarro College. Now, Butler continues to grow competitive cheerleading through her involvement with the Pro Cheer League. She will always be remembered for her involvement in the inaugural season of the Pro Cheer League on the Miami Metal team. 

Gabi Butler has always been an athlete who inspires athletes all around the world. She showcases what is possible with confidence and determination. She's been a longtime cheer icon from her early all star cheer days with Top Gun All Stars, an iconic run with The California All Stars SMOED, an impressive college cheer career with Navarro College, and now a professional cheer career with the Pro Cheer League.
