The latest NFCA Division III Top 25 rankings continue to highlight just how competitive the national landscape has become as teams push deeper into the spring season.
With several programs holding steady at the top and others continuing to rise, this week’s poll reflects both consistency and momentum across the country.

From undefeated streaks to key conference performances, the rankings showcase programs positioning themselves for strong postseason runs.
Virginia Wesleyan remains the nation’s top-ranked team, continuing its dominant season with an unbeaten record and consistent performances on both sides of the ball. Trine and Texas Lutheran stayed locked into the top three, proving they remain among the nation’s most complete teams.
Linfield and Saint Mary’s also held firm inside the top five, while Redlands, Huntingdon and Berry continued to strengthen their top-10 resumes. Tufts and WashU rounded out the upper tier after maintaining strong stretches against competitive schedules.
Further down the rankings, movement continued as Stockton, Concordia (Texas), Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Mount Union each made noticeable climbs.
The latest NFCA poll also reflects the depth of Division III softball this season, with teams across multiple regions continuing to earn national recognition through strong conference play and statement wins.
As the regular season continues, every matchup becomes increasingly important, and the race for postseason positioning is only getting tighter.
With several nationally ranked teams continuing to build momentum, the coming weeks should bring even more movement and intensity to the Division III softball rankings.
