
Texas A&M will be the host of world-class track & field athletes in the first-ever Lone Star Grand Prix on June 6th, 2026.
The ever-growing list will feature Olympic Champions and finalists, as well as World Champions.

Three-time Olympic Champion Gabby Thomas will headline the women's side after making waves early in the 2026 outdoor season. She will compete in her prized event, the 200m, after primarily focusing on the 100m this season. Thomas raced the 100m four times this season, finally breaking the eleven-second barrier for the first time in a wind-legal 10.95 (-0.4 m/s).
Running 21.89 in the 200 in 2026, she sports a PR of 21.60 from 2023.
Joining Thomas in the 200m are 2021 Olympic silver medalist Jenna Prandini, 2024 Olympic finalist McKenzie Long, and 2025 relay World Champion Kayla White. Their PR's stand at 21.89, 21.83, and 22.01, respectively, shaping up to be an incredible showdown.
Quincy Hall joins Thomas as the only Olympic gold medalists in the field. Hall earned his medal in the 2024 Paris Olympics in the 400m, dominating a stacked field.
On the women's side of the 400m, Britton Wilson (49.13) leads the field as one of the fastest Americans in history, sitting at No. 6 All-Time. World Relays and World Indoor gold medalist Bailey Lear (50.50) will join Wilson, as well as 4x400m Olympic Gold medalist Alexis Holmes (49.77). Coming in with a PR of 49.60, Haiti's Wadeline Jonathas will also join the mix.
The shorts will also provide nail-biting races with a stacked team coming straight off a World Relays 4x100m Gold Medal. Ronnie Baker, Max Thomas, and Pjai Austin recently returned from Botswana after running a World Lead in 37.43. World Champion Oblique Seville will headline the 100m alongside 2021 200m Olympic Champion Andre De Grasse. America's Trayvon Bromell will also compete alongside British record holder Zharnel Hughes.
The men's 110m hurdles will be highlighted by the 2024 Olympic Silver medalist, Daniel Roberts. Fellow 2024 Paris 110mH Olympian Freddie Critenden will run alongside Roberts in hopes of an Olympic rematch. Rounding out the event is Connor Schulmann, who will return to his alma mater's track.
