The 2026 London Marathon is set for Sunday, April 26, with over 59,000 runners expected to fill the streets of the capital city of the United Kingdom.
As one of the seven World Marathon Majors, the event attracts athletes from around the globe.
The course feature's a largely flat 26.2 mile route starting in Greenwich and winding east before following the River Thames through the city. Runners pass iconic landmarks including the Tower Bridge, London Eye and Big Ben, before finishing on The Mall in front of Buckingham Palace.
