It's Rai vs Everybody in Stockholm.
400m hurdles World and Olympic Champion Rai Benjamin will be focusing on the flat 400m this year, and is opening up his Diamond League season over the distance in Stockholm. His PB over the 400m is 44.21. He'll be joined by a lineup of heavy hitters which includes Jacory Patterson, Matthew Hudson-Smith, Jereem Richards, Carl Bengtstrom, and his training partner Vernon Norwood, among others.

Bengtsrom, a 400m hurdles specialist, will be running his first Diamond League flat 400m on his home soil in Stockholm. Patterson holds a 400m personal best of 43.85, and is currently ranked at number 3 in the world. Richards, fresh off an indoor World Championships bronze medal, has an outdoor best of 43.72 from the 2025 Tokyo World Championships. Then there's Hudson-Smith, who has silver medals from both the Olympics and World Championships.
