Noah Lyles Adds Paris Diamond League To His Schedule, Already In For Rome

This morning, it was announced that Noah Lyles will race the 100m at the 2026 Diamond League Meeting in Paris. This is the third announcement in a week for Lyles. It was previously announced that he would race the 100m at the SEIKO Golden GP and the 100m at the Rome Diamond League meeting on June 4.

In 2026, Lyles is chasing a record seventh Diamond League Title. Last year he claimed a sixth Diamond Trophy in the 200m. He has five in the 200m and one in the 100m.

In 2025, he also won two gold medals at the World Outdoor Championships, claiming top honors in the 4x100m relay and the 200m.

Back in 2024, Lyles won the Olympic Gold in the 100m at the same Stade de France that will hold the Paris Diamond League meeting this June.

He has never lost a race at the Paris Diamond League meeting. In 2019 he won the 200m in 19.65 and in 2023 he took top honors in the 100m in 9.97.

I’ve been to Paris on three previous occasions and I have fond memories of all of them,” said Lyles in a provided statement. “The atmosphere at the Stade de France two years ago was simply incredible. I still remember the furore of the crowds in the stands; it was crazy! Given that I’ve won each time I’ve competed at the Charléty, I just love this venue. I’m sure my run will be fast, very fast!”
