The CAA Hoops action is never ending and for the women's teams, the hunt for a conference title is pretty close up to this point.

Charleston is still in the driver's seat comfortably at 6-0, but 5-1 Stony Brook and Monmouth aren't going down without a fight.

With winter weather on it's way, hoop is still planning to go one as expected. As some of the best competition in the CAA will take the court on Jan. 23 and 25, there are some must watch games to take your mind off the cold.

From top talent duking it out to teams trying to make a gap in the standings, here are the top three CAA women's basketball games this week.

NC A&T vs. Elon, Jan. 23

The first must-watch game on the docket features North Carolina A&T taking on Elon. These two teams currently sit in the middle of the pack in the current CAA standings and are both looking for a way to get back to .500.

NC A&T enters the contest 2-3 in CAA play and 7-9 overall. Elon enters the contest also 2-3 in conference play but 7-10 overall for the season.

Both of these teams are close in the CAA standings in the offensive category as Elon averages roughly 65 points per game and NC A&T averages 63.

With just a two point gap in the averages, this game is sure to be hot and one CAA fans won't want to miss. Tip off is set for 7:00 PM ET and can be streamed live on FloCollege

Towson vs. Drexel, Jan. 25

The second game CAA fans should be on the lookout for is when two teams towards the upper half of the pack go head-to-head to either even out their records or pull ahead.

Towson currently heads in to the contest 3-2 on the season and 10-7 overall. Drexel heads in to the contest 2-3 in CAA play and 9-7 overall.

A win for either one of these two could place them in a good position heading in to the final week of January action.

Towson currently has the upper hand in offense currently averaging 68 points per game while Drexel only averages about 65.

Tip off is set for 2:00 PM ET and can be streamed live on FloCollege

Campbell vs. Hampton, Jan. 23

The third and final game that CAA fans should keep their eyes out for this week is when Campbell and Hampton take the floor on Jan. 23.

Campbell enters the contest looking for it's fifth CAA win of the season, currently sitting 4-2 in conference and 11-8 overall. Hampton enters the contest 2-3 in CAA play and 8-9 overall.

Campbell is currently second in the conference in defense allowing teams to only score roughly 57 points per game. Hampton is currently sixth in the conference offense, currently averaging 64 points per game.
