The Connor McDavid OHL Top Prospects Game returns for the second year as the league showcases its very best NHL Draft Eligible prospects for 2026. This year's game will have no shortage of stars, but we'll also get a glimpse of the future of the OHL as the league will also host the OHL U16 Top Prospects Showcase Tuesday and Wednesday in Peterborough, Ontario.

The main event is the Connor McDavid game, which will go off Wednesday night at 7 p.m. ET when the puck drops at the historic Peterborough Memorial Centre with the action streaming live on FloHockey and free via FloSports social media platforms.
You will not want to miss this event which will feature a number of high-profile projected top picks for the 2026 NHL Draft including Soo Greyhounds defenseman Chase Reid, Windsor Spitfires forward Ethan Belchetz, Brantford Bulldogs center Caleb Malhotra and a host of others that fans will hear called in June.

How To Watch The OHL U16 Top Prospects Showcase
In addition to the Top Prospects Game, the OHL is also hosting top U16 players from across Ontario during the OHL U16 Top Prospects Showcase. Eighty players will be split among four teams, Team McDavid, Team Byfield, Team Suzuki and Team Tavares.
The teams will compete across four total games played Tuesday and Wednesday at the Miskin Law Community Complex.
Here is the schedule
Tuesday, Jan. 13
- 2 p.m. – Team Tavares vs. Team McDavid
- 4 p.m. – Team Byfield vs. Team Suzuki
Wednesday, Jan. 14
- 2 p.m. – Team McDavid vs. Team Byfield
- 4 p.m. – Team Suzuki vs. Team Tavares
