Round three of the NCAA D2 playoffs has officially wrapped up on Dec. 6

With four matchups taking place across the day, there was plenty of action to keep football fans on the edge of their seats. 

From known victories, like Ferris State beating Minnesota State and Kutztown besting Frostburg State, fans of these top two teams are thrilled for another week of action!

Like most weeks of the D2 football season, chaos finds a way to sneak in a stir up some results and today was no different. Newberry upset Albany State, 31-24 and Harding barely held on to escape UT Permian Basin, 34-28, 

With the four victors known, only time will tell the matchups in the two semifinal games on Dec. 13. Teams will be re-seeded later in the evening on Dec. 6 and the matchups will be announced later this week.
