App State registered a nice win from Little as the Mountaineers notched four wins against NC State. Roark, Gaitan and Block all scored wins over top 5 opponents from outside the top 10. It's a good bet they will all make big jumps in the rankings this week.

Ungar took advantage of his opportunities at the Lock Haven Open I, a tournament that did not see many ranked wrestlers enter the brackets.

Rasmussen, Tagg, and Esponoza-Owens were all part of the Jackrabbits' historic win over Minnesota. The Cyclones had a historic win of their own in the Cy-Hawk dual, and Frost's upset was a big part of that.

That's all the upsets for week 5. Let us know if we missed anything!
