Dante Leon To Face Andy Murasaki At WNO 31 In Welterweight Battle
Dante Leon returns to WNO to face off against Atos standout Andy Murasaki in no-gi sub-only action
Two of the toughest guys in the welterweight division will throw down at WNO 31 when Dante Leon faces off against Andy Murasaki. Both men are world-ranked, no-gi black belt world champions, and WNO veterans who train with some of the best teams in the world. The entire card, headlined by a heavyweight title bout and featuring seven main card matches, will be going down in Round Rock, TX on December 5th.

Dante Leon is back after making the finals of the WNO 30 Open Weight Grand Prix. He's one of the pound-for-pound best in the world and is likely in line for a title shot against his rival Mica Galvão if he can win this matchup. Dante has an incredible all-around game that he has proven many times against the best in the world and is one of the strongest guys in the game thanks to his work with Westside Barbell. Dante trains out of Adamas Jiu-Jitsu in Toledo, Ohio, in conjunction with the PSF team.
Andy Murasaki is back on WNO and ready to prove again that he is one of the best in any style. The Atos black belt is an IBJJF black belt no-gi world champion who has established himself as one of the best in the world in the gi over the last few seasons - highlighted by his 2024 Crown championship. This is Andy not just jumping back into no-gi, but jumping into the deep end by fearlessly taking on one of the top guys in the game.
