Pamela Kosgei of the University of New Mexico has officially inked an NIL deal with HOKA prior to this weekend's NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships in Columbia, Missouri.

Kosgei, candidate of the 2025 Bowerman, is one of the most accomplished distance runners not just in the NCAA, but also in the world. This year alone, on top of winning the 5000m/10000m titles at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships, she also made an appearance at the 2025 Tokyo World Athletics Championships in the 3000m Steeplechase back in September.

She currently holds personal bests of 9:15.93 for the 3000m steeplechase, 14:52.45 for the 5000m, and 31:02.73 for the 10000m.

Following a runner-up finish at the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Championships, Kosgei will be aiming for the top of the podium at the championships not just for New Mexico, but also for the HOKA family as well.

Alongside Kosgei, the HOKA Elite Athlete Roster also includes Jameesia Ford, Colin Sahlman, Florence Caron, Rosina Machu, Habtom Samuel, Justine Kipkoech, and Kole Mathison.

The HOKA Elite Athlete Roster is an NIL group, which allows athletes to profit from their own name, image, and likeness while also being a representative of the brand that they sign with.
