Monmouth Football Capitalizes On Huge Offensive Momentum To Down Aggies
The Monmouth football team was on a roll on Nov.15 as a strong offensive showing aided in defeating the North Carolina A&T Aggies. Recap the action here!

In the second-to-last week of the regular season in D1 FCS, the Monmouth Hawks put together an offensive masterclass to secure a CAA victory over North Carolina A&T.

The game started off quick with Monmouth scoring just five minutes into the opening quarter. The Hawks would go on to score in every quarter except for the fourth.
In the 63-19 victory, the Hawks tallied 969 yards of total offense. Starting quarterback Frankie Weaver was 19-for-27 on pass completion with 428 yards and an impressive six touchdown tosses. TJ Speight was the leading receiver for the Hawks with 162 yards on five receptions with two touchdowns.
On the North Carolina A&T side of things, the Aggies struggled to get things going offensively but managed to tally 320 yards of offense. Kevin White was 12-for-24 on pass completion with 183 yards. Whit was also responsible for the only touchdown for the Aggies on the day. The standout player for the Aggies was Andrew Brown. Brown was four-for-four on field goals in the contest against Monmouth.
As the two teams will head into the final week of CAA play on Nov. 22, Monmouth will take on UAlbany and North Carolina A&T will take on Elon.
