Danilo Fischetti, Giacomo Nicotera and Simone Ferrari form Italy’s front row, anchoring a pack that includes Niccolò Cannone and Andrea Zambonin in the second row. 

Lorenzo Cannone captains the back row trio alongside Ross Vintcent and Manuel Zuliani. 

In the backs, Stephen Varney and Paolo Garbisi combine at halfback, with Monty Ioane and Louis Lynagh providing pace on the wings, and the electric Ange Capuozzo at fullback.

For Australia, Carter Gordon returns to start at fly-half for the first time since the 2023 Rugby World Cup, linking up with scrumhalf Jake Gordon. 

Matt Faessler also reclaims his starting role at hooker, joining props Angus Bell and Taniela Tupou in the front row.

Skipper Harry Wilson leads a back row with Fraser McReight and Tom Hooper, while Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii and Hunter Paisami will partner in midfield. 

Wingers Corey Toole and Harry Potter add speed to an Australian side focused on regaining form and rhythm after a frustrating result last week.
