The Hawks lead the CAA at the moment with a 5-0 conference record with wins over ranked Villanova and a six-game win streak heading into Saturday's match.

The Wildcats find themselves in the middle of the standings with three wins and two losses against Colonial teams. A win over Monmouth on Saturday may not give them a shot at the playoffs but it could open up the door further for Rhode Island and/or Villanova.
