Northern Michigan begins the 2025–26 campaign as the defending GLIAC Tournament champion and a program on a historic run. The Wildcats were picked second in the preseason poll, backed by experience, winning tradition, and a frontcourt duo among the league’s best.

Graduate forward Dylan Kuehl, a three-time All-GLIAC First Team and All-Defensive Team selection, returns after averaging 16.3 points and 6.8 rebounds per game. He’s joined by teammate Jackson Dudek, a Preseason Second Team honoree and the 2025 GLIAC Tournament MVP.

The Wildcats’ formula of consistency and depth has powered three straight NCAA Tournament appearances. Coach Matt Majkrzak’s veteran roster has a proven record of excelling in March.

With Kuehl and Dudek leading a lineup loaded with experience, Northern Michigan enters 2025–26 with its sights firmly set on another championship run.
