After months of training, adversity, and unforgettable moments, HAWKEYES: The First Season reaches its dramatic conclusion  and it’s everything you could hope for.

Episode 3 opens on a lighter note as the Hawkeyes trade their wrestling shoes for heels and head to the mall. Between dress shopping, trying to meet boys, and dreams of not being single forever, it’s a look at this team away from the grind, real, funny, and full of personality. It’s these moments that remind you why this series hits differently: it’s not just about wrestling, it’s about the people who wrestle.

But soon, it’s back to business. The team heads to Cedar Rapids for the National Championships, the pinnacle of their inaugural season. Their biggest rival, North Central, arrives as the heavy favorite, and after Day 1, it looks like they might run away with it. But on Day 2, the Hawkeyes storm back with an incredible semifinal round, clawing their way back into the team race.

In between the action, we meet Felicity Taylor, a veteran leader on the team, at home with her boyfriend also a college wrestler. It’s a heartfelt glimpse into life off the mat, as Felicity opens up about love, balance, and the future she’s building beyond wrestling. And she makes it no secret to him or anyone else, she's looking to get a ring on her finger and soon!

Meanwhile, Lilly Luft and Bella Mir both rise to the occasion in Cedar Rapids, earning All-American honors and cementing themselves as two of the breakout stars of Iowa’s first season. Lilly’s run carries even deeper meaning as she continues to wrestle in memory of her late brother, Logan, while Bella’s journey showcases her toughness and individuality,  balancing MMA ambitions, college wrestling, and her own vibrant personality.

And then comes the grand finale, the kind of ending you couldn’t script any better. Once again, it all comes down to Kylie Welker, facing off against Yelena Makoyed of North Central in the final match of the tournament, with the team title on the line. Two of the sport’s best, toe-to-toe, for everything.

It’s a stunning conclusion to a groundbreaking season — emotional, inspiring, and unforgettable.
