How To Watch The 2025 Brian Keck Memorial Preseason Nationals
The 2025 edition of the prestigious Brian Keck Memorial Preseason Nationals heads to Des Moines, Iowa, from Oct. 23-26. Here’s how to watch.

It’s nearly time for the start of the 2025-2026 USA Wrestling season, but before things get official, many of the nation’s top young competitors will head to Des Moines, Iowa, for the 2025 Brian Keck Memorial Preseason Nationals & Boys National Recruiting Showcase.
Since 2008, the event has attracted folkstyle wrestlers from first grade through high school looking to hone their skills, test themselves against peers from all over the country and even get on the radar of collegiate coaches.
The 2025 edition will be no different, with hundreds of competitors headed to the EMC Expo Center, part of the Iowa Events Center, for what is expected to be another sellout year for the grade-based tournament.
For wrestling fans in the United States, all of the action will be broadcast live on FloWrestling and the FloSports app.

With such a vast age range of entrants, the Brian Keck Memorial event gives younger wrestlers the chance to progress through the ranks of the tournament each year, while also getting a good look at the talent in the grades ahead of them.
By the time they get to high school, the opportunity to get a final tune-up for the new season also includes the chance to perform for college recruiters.

- 4 p.m.-5 p.m. or 7-8 p.m. – Medical check/weigh-ins – 9th-10th boys; 11th-12th boys
Thursday, Oct. 23

About Brian Keck
Brian Keck worked with USA Wrestling to create Preseason Nationals, which debut in 2008, as a showcase event for folkstyle wrestlers of all ages.
The inaugural edition was held in Des Moines, Iowa, before shifting to Cedar Falls, Iowa, for nearly a decade. It has been back in Des Moines since 2018.
Keck remained a part of the event until his death in 2019, helping the tournament to grow in prestige and size each year. He was 48 years old when he died.
