Campbell women’s basketball continues to set the standard for consistency and toughness in the Coastal Athletic Association. 

Coming off a 22–13 record and a run to the CAA Tournament Championship Game last season, the Camels again look poised to contend under head coach Ronny Fisher, who enters another year guiding one of the league’s most disciplined and defensive-minded teams.

Campbell’s 2024–25 season showcased its trademark defense and balance. The Camels held opponents under 60 points per game, dominating at home with a 12–2 record. 

They closed the year by winning seven of their final nine CAA games, capped by an impressive tournament run that included victories over Towson and Charleston before a narrow title loss to William & Mary.

This season, the team reloads with a deep and versatile roster that blends experience and youth. A senior leader like Gianni Boone provides backcourt stability, while forwards Peris Smith and Mikayla Taborn anchor a front line built for CAA play. 

Freshmen Jasmine Nivar and N’na Konate add size and athleticism to an already strong rotation. With scoring depth and returning chemistry, Campbell looks ready to again push for the conference crown.
