Elon women’s basketball returns to the court in 2025-26 after finishing 15-15 last season, including nine wins in Coastal Athletic Association play. 

Led by standout forward Raven Preston, who averaged 12.3 points and 8.7 rebounds per game but is no longer on the roster, the Phoenix showed they could compete with the league’s best. This year, Elon looks to build on that momentum with a roster that features proven leaders and impact transfers.

Head coach Charlotte Smith will guide a group that includes guard Jayda Angel and versatile newcomer LaNae’ Corbett. 

The Phoenix will be tested early with road matchups at North Carolina, Georgetown and East Carolina, before shifting into conference play against familiar foes like Towson, Charleston and UNCW. 

Each contest offers fans an opportunity to watch the team’s growth and follow the progress of a roster deep in both talent and experience.
