Quarterback Ah-Shaun Davis is returning to lead Pace football for his fifth year in 2025 and as a senior, threw for 1,502 yards and 12 touchdowns. His top returning rusher is Anthony Robinson, who ran for 139 yards and caught three passes for 24 yards. Gary Wilkins is the top returning receiver and caught nine passes for 137 yards and one touchdowns.

Ibrahim Diallo is the top returning defensive player and he had 55 tackles, one interception and three pass break ups at defensive back. Junior linebacker Travis Osterhout leads the charge on the defensive line, and he had 43 tackles including five tackles for loss and one sack. 

Cade Saunders joins Diallo in the secondary and had 39 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss and one interception in 2024. With a solid group of veterans, the Setters defense could have a big year and keep some of the top offenses from scoring. 

In 2025 Pace is looking to have its first winning season since 2022. 

Head coach Chad Walker is going into his first season as head coach of the Setters, but wants to be the man for the job. He's already shut the door on last season, not wanting the past to influence his team. Walker has an almost entirely new roster and few players with experience, but one of his strong suits is development.
