Heidelberg Football is looking to get back on track with a winning record in 2025. Here's the full schedule and more.

Heidelberg Football 2025 Schedule, Preview And More

With the brother duo of quarterback Ty and wide receiver Cole Poorman returning to lead the Heidelberg football offense in 2025, the team has a high ceiling with potential to improve on its 5-5 2024 season.

With the Poorman brothers taking care of business in the air, Drew Miller is set for another big season at tailback, following his 716 yard, seven-touchdown sophomore season. With several established starters in key positions, the Heidelberg offense is set up for success in 2025.

On defense, top tackler Trey Farris is returning for his senior season at linebacker, looking to follow up his 61 tackles, eight tackles for loss, and one sack season with another dominant performance. Behind him, Griffin Reese, who had 37 tackles and one interception, is returning to lead the defensive backs, ensuring a veteran presence in both levels of the defense.

Despite having a losing record in conference play, Heidelberg is looking to use its experience to its advantage, hoping to get over the hump and make a splash in a highly competitive OAC.

Led by head coach Scott Donaldson, who is going into his 10th season as head coach, is looking to extend its 53-31 overall record and lead The Berg to its first OAC championship under Donaldson.

He knows what it takes to win in the OAC and has had more winning seasons than losing, giving him the right recipe to get back on track in 2025.
