How To Watch Delta State Football In 2025
Find out when and where to watch Delta State Football during the 2025 season.
The Delta State Statesmen are heading into their 13th year under head coach Todd Cooley, who seemed to have found his rhythm with his 2022-2023 class, but lost it last season. The team went 6-4 overall, 3-3 in conference to follow up a 2023 season that saw a 10-2 record and NCAA Division II Playoffs berth.

Starting quarterback Cole Kirk took over for Patrick Shegog, throwing for just over 2,000 yards and 18 touchdowns with six interceptions. Kirk was able to find success with six different wide receivers who each claimed over 100 receiving yards.
However, the Statesmen's top receiver Jaylen Green, who notched 621 yards and nine touchdowns, has since graduated, leaving the second-best in receiving yards Neno Lemay to take over. Lemay hauled in 410 yards on 33 catches and three touchdowns.
Kirk will also make a return, which looks to be his final year with the squad and hopefully his best now that he has had a year to adjust to the starting role.
