Grand Valley State Football Schedule 2025: Dates, Times And More

The Grand Valley State football team seemingly has been a lock for 10 wins for the last two decades. Can the Lakers get there in '25? Here's their schedule.

The Grand Valley State football team has won 10 or more games 18 times since 2001 and is coming off an 11-2 season.

In their hunt for a fifth NCAA Division II national championship, and first since 2006, will the Lakers hit double-digit wins again in 2025? Is this the year their regular-season dominance continues through the postseason again?

Head coach Scott Wooster likely hopes so, and he’ll look to continue the success he has enjoyed across his first two seasons as the GVSU leader.

Wooster is 22-4 since taking over the squad, with both seasons ending at the hands of Harding in the Division II Playoffs. In 2023, Harding went on to win the national title.

In a conference as tough as the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Wooster first will have to figure out a way to handle Ferris State and hold off surging programs such as Davenport and Saginaw Valley State, before he can even think about the playoffs and getting redemption against Harding.
