The action at Final X continues to stun fans across the nation as the best athletes in the country hope to punch their ticket to the 2025 World Championships as part of Team USA.

One of the more notable contenders is Spencer Lee, a recent silver medalist at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games in the men's 57kg freestyle. The veteran faced off against Luke Lilledehl during Saturday's finals, and has claimed back-to-back wins in rounds one and two to claim a spot at his first World Championships. 

Every pair consists of a series of three matchups, and Lee is dominated his first with a 7-2 decision over Lilledahl. Lee returned in match two with another victory over the Penn State freshman to advance. 

The one previous time that Lee and Lilledahl have faced each other was back in 2023 at the Bill Ferrell Memorial International where Lee ended the match in two minutes to get the victory.
