The 2025 OHSAA Ohio High School Wrestling State Tournament begins on March 7 in Columbus, Ohio.

Three divisions of boy's and one division' of girl's wrestlers will head to the Schottenstein Center to face off in a gauntlet of matches, aiming to claim a state title.

Ohio is home to 19 nationally ranked wrestlers, including the nation's top wrestling prospect, No. 1-ranked Marcus Blaze.

The Penn State commit will look to add a fourth Ohio state title to his collection of 196 wins at the OHSAA Championships this year.

Among Blaze's accolades are his third-place finish at the 2024 U.S. Olympic Team Trials, his second-place finish at the 2024 U.S. World Team Trials, his second-place finish at the 2024 U20 World Championships, and a first-place finish at the 2023 U17 World Championships.

At the 2024 OHSAA State Championships, Division I St. Edward had four of its wrestlers, Karson Brown, Kade Brown, Ryan Bennett and Jonny Slaper, claim state titles. Division I Perrysburg claimed three state title winners, including Blaze, Grey Burnett and Cole Evans.

In the 2024 OHSAA Girl's Championships, all 14 state title winners were from different high schools.
